How long do I have to return my product?

You can return your order up to 14 days after delivery. If more than 14 days have been gone by since we’ve received a delivery confirmation from the carrier or more that 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund.

What isn’t eligible for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We cannot take back items that are used, washed, or missing its original packaging and tags. This includes soccer balls with grass stains on them.
Gift-cards are also non-returnable.  

Can I exchange my products.

Sorry. We cannot offer exchanges. You can however return your previous purchase and place another order for the item you are looking for.

How do I send back my return?

You can email us at contact@voit.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we receive the email we’ll send you a return shipping label.

  • Attach your shipping label to your return
  • Pack up your return and packing slip
  • Drop off your return at a USPS, UPS or FedEx location.

A refund will be processed after we receive your return.

How do I send back my return if I’m outside the U.S.?

If you have purchased an item through our Mexico store, please contact our team in Mexico through here.

How long will it take to process my return?

Processing returns takes up to 7 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse. We ask for your patience as we process your return.

How long does it take for me to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What if, I haven’t received my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@voit.com.

Are sale items eligible for a refund?

Most of the time, yes. However some clearance items cannot be refunded.
