Where is my order?
We’re trying to get it to you ASAP. To track your order:- Login to your Voit Account.
- Once logged in, you can check your order’s status under fulfillment status.
- If you don’t see your shipment, your order is still processing.
If you paid with Paypal, your tacking is emailed to your Paypal email address within 24hrs of shipment.
What is my order number?
Your order number consists of 4 digits, for example: # 1111. It can be found in the order confirmation email and your order history when your logged into your Voit Account.
Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?
Yes. You can cancel orders without a hassle up to 8hrs after they are placed. That is usually the time it takes for our fulfillment center to process and ship your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
I got my order and something’s wrong what do I do?
If you’ve received your order and something’s wrong with it we need to be notified within five days of receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect you can’t contact us for help. Voit is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Can I return something I bought?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to return your order. If you are returning within the 14 day window, please send an email to contact@voit.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we receive the email we’ll send you a return shipping label. A refund will be processed after we receive your return. You can find more info about returns here.
How much is shipping and how long does it generally take?
It depends. Transit times vary by location and shipping service.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding some federal holidays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and packages delayed by the carrier. Keep an eye out for your packages, and contact us if you have a problem.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You should have received an email informing you that your order has been sent and that you will find the package's guide number on it.
Why has my order not shipped if I ordered it since Friday?
Our orders are processed Monday through Friday, if you order after 4:00 PM on Friday your order will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
Can I change the address on my order?
Yes. As long as your order has not been processed you can change the address on your order.
Can I change the address after my order has been shipped?
No. Once your order has been processed and shipped it is no longer possible for us to change the delivery address.
I ordered a soccer ball or another inflatable, why did it arrive deflated?
Our inflatables and soccer balls ship deflated for two main reasons:

To reduce shipping costs. Soccer balls and other inflatables occupy a large volume and it would be very expensive for our customers to have them ship inflated. But, more importantly,

The change in pressure between our fulfillment facilities in Santa Fe Springs, CA and your location could damage your ball if it were to ship fully inflated.
I bought a machine stitched soccer ball and it burst after one match during our amateur league, what gives?
We usually recommend our machine stitched soccer balls are meant for recreational use and not high impact or semi-professional play. If you plan to use our balls for an amateur league we recommend you try out our hybrid-tech replicas, such as our Quadro and OMB Replica.
We also do not recommend inflating our balls with electric or high pressure pumps. You can buy one of our multi-valve pump kits here. Use the code: INFLATERESPONSABILY for a 5% discount at check-out.
I am the coach and/or captain for my team, do you offer bulk discounts for semi-pro teams, amateur leagues, or sports academies?

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept almost every major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a payment plan that lets you pay order sunder $1,000.00 in four interest-free payments instead of all at once. You can find more information here.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes we do. You can find them here. They are sent electronically to the email address of your choice and can be used immediately.
Do you offer price adjustments for past sales?
Unfortunately we cannot adjust our prices on past orders.
I did not find the product I was looking for, are you getting this back in stock?
It depends on the product. Most of our evergreen products restock frequently. However seasonal collections, such as our LigaMX collection have limited stock while supplies last. But don’t worry, we’ll have more products next season.
How about Duck Feet Fins, will they ever be back in stock?
Yes! We are bringing our Duck Feet Fins back in 2021! We kindly ask for your patience as we work to make these bodyboarding legends available once again.
Do you sell in other countries?
We have a store in Mexico, www.voit.com.mx and we’re currently working very hard to have Voit products close to you.
Can I post about Voit on Social Media?
